You are fully responsible for the content, logos, and files you upload. By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have permission to use submitted materials and that your use does not violate any third-party rights.
Customers must ensure all submitted content is accurate and legal. Do not upload offensive, unlawful, or unauthorized material. By uploading content, you grant PrimeCustomPackaging.com™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to fulfill and store your order.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Prime Custom Packaging provides 72 DPI design files upon request. Higher-resolution files (300 DPI+) are available for purchase. Please contact support@primecustompackaging.com to request a quote.
Submit all artwork in CMYK format and at a minimum of 300 DPI. Prime Custom Packaging is not responsible for color shifts from RGB to CMYK or low-resolution images.
We send final proofs by email. Customers must review all content for layout, spelling, colors, and size before approval. Prime Custom Packaging is not responsible for any errors missed during this review.
Screen proofs show layout, not exact color. Colors may vary due to printing processes. We recommend ordering a hardcopy color match proof for best accuracy (additional charges apply).
Unless specified, our packaging materials are not food-grade. If you need food-safe stock, contact us in writing before placing your order.
You may cancel your order before it reaches production. Cancellation fees apply:
Before design begins: $15 + 5% of total
After design begins: 20% of total
In press: 50% of total
Shipped: Non-cancellable
Design service fees are non-refundable.
All products are made to order and are non-refundable. If we confirm a printing error, we will reprint or credit your next purchase. Submit claims within 3 business days of delivery.

Proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.
Inspect packages upon delivery. Report damage or missing items within 3 business days. Prime Custom Packaging is not liable for courier errors or shipping delays.
You agree to hold PrimeCustomPackaging.com™ and its affiliates harmless against all claims and liabilities arising from your use of this Site or submitted content.
We provide this site and its content “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Prime Custom Packaging is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, delays, or service issues. Our liability is limited to the value of the products ordered.
